What about creating a new prediction game in MotoGP?

The current racing prediction games rely on two-driver-teams. The MotoGP is different. A prediction game won't work.

In current racing prediction games, teams with two drivers are attached to each race. MotoGP has AFIK not the same structure of teams with two drivers... sometimes local drivers who participate only in a few races: It's currently not possible to enter all riders to the according races. The data structure is not flexible enough to support a MotoGP prediction game.
