According to the bbc mens final 100m is at 815pm uk time and not 849pm as shown in comp.
Other times have changed but the 100m is the one thats earlier.

Exactly, the BBC have just said the organisers are trying to play catch up with the time and the events. If we change them now it could be to a start time after the event has happened. I will keep an eye on them tonight.

Mahiedine Mekhissi-Benabbad FRA takes his shirt off in celebration before he even finishes steeplechase...and is disqualified from the race.
Strange because he never trained at the Legia Warszawa athletic section :)
It's now: France, Poland, Spain

The 2nd French guy winning has saved a lot of people 3 points!

So what's the rule? (because I really don't remember what was agreed :) -> change to post-disqualification or stick with pre-disqualification results?

This is stupidity. That guy won the race, he didn't have to be disqualified.

Naked body is more aerodynamic (assuming he shaved his chest). He was still before the line when he took his shirt off.
On the other hand, the activity of undressing is a bit energy-wasting in itself, so all in all he might deserve gold.
Maybe the umpire was a conservatist and didn't really support the idea of nudity in public places.
But seriously, he broke two IAAF rules:
143.1 - obligation to wear full kit (shirts and shorts) from start to finish
143.7 - obligation to pin 2 starting numbers.
Rules are rules, right?

As this event was only yesterday we should enter the new result.
I just don't want to change the results a few weeks after the Championships when all the doping cases pops up.
